Develop your individual approach to oral advocacy with the benefit of Professor Michael Meltsner’s insight, derived from a lifetime of experience as an appellate advocate.

Over the course of 2014, Professor Meltsner held a series of training sessions on oral advocacy, featuring practice tips, a skills lecture, and a critiqued Supreme Court argument.
