Project Members usually do their projects in short-term to medium-term.

ANI Merchandise (ANI Trade)

• ANI Merchandise is an income-generating project (IGP) that will sell t-shirts, bags, lanyards, charm bracelets, bookmarks, and stickers.

• We plan to launch an online page for pre-orders and easier, faster and more organized transactions.

• We will also be setting up booths in places where ANI’s events will be held.

Caroling (ANI-oKe)

• ANI Caroling is fundraising project where

volunteers will go from house to house to

sing Christmas Carols.

• We will plan to visit 3 to 5 houses of the

same area per day.

Food Sale & Bake Sale (FEAST)

• Along with ANI’s 15th year anniversary in October, the Bake Sale project will be week-long sale of pastries, cupcakes, brownies, cookies, and other sweets such as candies and lollipops.

• We plan to launch an online page, two weeks before ANI’s 15 year anniversary pre-orders.

• In January, the theme for the Food Sale project is Filipino street foods e.g., turon, fishball, kikiam, kwek-kwek.

Item Sale (The Garage Sale)

• The Item Sale consists of two types of sales.

• Rummage Sale will have old but usable items such as old shirts, bags & shoes.

• Pamana Sale will have old things from famous Ateneo personalities.

• We plan to use an online page for potential buyers and conducting faster transactions.

• We plan to auction Pamana Sale products in the page to generate more revenue.

Monthly Tambay Sessions

• Monthly Tambay Sessions are light

gatherings for members and volunteers to

interact with each other through different

activities.

They work and bond with each other for the whole year.

They are the force behind the unit’s programs and efforts.

Units

Academics Unit (AU)

• AU Unit Members will support AU Core in

Academic Summer Program

preparations.

• They will undergo an immersion from

crafting the modules* to execution and

evaluation of modules.

*Modules consist of lessons & learning materials

for the Academic Summer Program

Units

Enrichment Unit (EU)

• EU Unit Members will help in Trailblazer

Camps* preparations, from logistics to

camp volunteer management.

• They will also partake in Grade 9 &

Grade 10 Praxis Projects* Team.

Trailblazer Camps are self-enhancement and self-awareness workshops.

Praxis Projects are opportunities for ANI kids to develop their self and

social identities through real-life leadership experiences

Units

Student Care (SC)

• SC Unit Members will support Student Registry & Admissions Team and/or Mentoring Team.

• Student Registry & Admissions Team is in charge of:

• Disseminating information to our students

• Updating, collecting and organizing pertinent student files such as their basic information and event attendance

• Administering ANI recruitment process for the next set of ANI students

• Mentoring Team is in charge of planning and implementing bonding activities among kids and mentors for each mentoring sessions.

Public Relations (PR)

• PR Unit Members will help in the following:

• Designing publication materials such as promo materials, newsletter, bulletins

• Editing videos for promotions and events

• Writing feature articles

• Enhancing ANI’s brand and design

• Communicating with external partners

Units

Marketing Unit (MU)

• MU Unit Members shall be one or all of the following attributes:

• MUtant Ninjas: Help in contacting the companies, individuals for possible sponsorship/partnership

• MUtant Ex: Help in updating the database of companies/individuals of ANI

• MUtant Minds: Join the MU in brainstorming for income generating projects and in implementing them

• MUtant Tribute: Volunteer in the projects of the Marketing Unit like Iggy Bank and Merchandise Sale

Volunteer Care (VC)

• VC Unit Members may be one of the

following:

• Managing events such as engaging and

interacting with a lot of people

• Planning and implementing their own ideas

on how to bond with people

• Members are not limited to their

membership role. We highly encourage

each and every member to try out and

engage in different projects, and efforts.

• An ANI member may be a unit member,

project member AND a Student

Interaction Member all at the same time.

Notes & Reminders

• On one hand, an ANI member is to be

considered as a unit member of only one

unit. However, they may be involved in a

project of another unit, provided they

consult first with their unit heads.

• Ex: A VC unit member can not be a unit

member of another unit, but he/she may

apply as a project member of another

unit’s project(ex. Rummage sale of MU).
