Member Subscription (SEC User)
Through Internet Explorer, access the following website: http://cpc.sec.samsung.net.
① For SEC users, select “SEC (Knox)” and click the [Join CPCex] button.
② Select a user group.
③ Enter the application reason and click the [Register] button. Then, a mail on the registration request will be sent to the user manager of the user group.
Once the user manager approves the registration, a mail on the registration approval will be sent to you, and then you can log into the system.

※ If a user completes his/her member subscription and logs into the
Knox portal, click the [Log-In to CPCex] button to access CPCex.

Through Internet Explorer, access the following website: http://cpc.sec.samsung.net.
① For biz partners, select “Biz Partner / Affiliated” and click the [Login to CPCex] button.
② In the B2B Coordination System Log-In screen, click the “New Member” button.

Access the B2B Coordination System and follow the member subscription procedure.
③ Agree to the Terms and Conditions and follow the procedures.
- Check if CPCex is checked in the System Selection field. ※ If not, access the system again and follow the preceding procedure.

⑤ Search and enter an SEC division for collaboration (e.g. DM R&D Center, Mobile
Communication Division, Visual Display Division, Digital Appliance(SEC), …)
⑥ Check this item if you, as the biz partner manager, needs member subscription.
- A biz partner manager can approve the member subscription of a person from
his/her company.
- After your request for subscription is approved by your biz partner manager, the
manager of the corresponding SEC division should approve it to allow you to
become a CPCex user.

④ Enter the company code and the user info for requesting the account
registration.
- If your company is not found, register first your company.
※ See “how to register a company” later.

If your company is not found in the company code list, request for a temporary company code and receive it for the subscription.
⑦ For [Request of issuing a temporary company code], search your business registration number and check if there is a company code that corresponds to the
business registration number.

⑧ If an overseas biz partner does not have a company code, it also does not have a business registration number. Thus, enter the company location and name to
receive a temporary company code.

⑨ Click the [Confirm] button. Then, you will see a message indicating that your request for subscription is completed.
- After your request is approved by your biz. partner manager, the manager of the corresponding SEC division should approve it.
Then, your subscription is completed.
※ If you request your subscription as a biz. partner manager, the approval by the corresponding SEC division completes your registration,
and you need to follow the procedure for receiving OTP.

※ Once the manager approves your request, a mail on the
completion of the approval will be sent to you.
Log-In (Biz Partner)
For biz partner users, click the CPCex Log-In button to display the Log-In screen of the B2B Coordination System.
Click on ID/PWD to complete your authentication. Then, the default CPCex screen will be displayed.
Log-In PC Certification (Biz Partner) Member Subscription (Biz Partner)
A biz partner should set a PC to access CPCex with your account. The system can only be accessed by using the PC. If the OS of the PC is reinstalled or if
you access the system by using a different PC, you should take follow the procedure of certifying the changed PC.
① If you first log into CPCex by using a different PC, the following PC certification request screen is displayed. Enter the reason and click the [OK] button.
※ In the case of a general user (VU) of a biz partner, the approval of changing a PC is requested to the biz partner manager.
※ In the case of a biz partner manager (VA), the approval of changing a PC is requested to the SEC user corresponding to the division.

② If you log into the system when the PC certification is being approved, the above
screen describing the approval process is displayed.
※ If you successfully log into the system, the PC is set as the PC for your CPCex
account.
※ When you cannot access CPCex (1/3)
If you cannot log into CPCex or a blank is left after the log-in, follow the procedure below:
(1) Internet Browser (IE) Help > Check the IE version.
→ If your IE is not IE11, upgrade your IE.
※ When you cannot access CPCex (2/3)
(2) Select Tools > Internet Options > Browsing History of [General Tab] >
[Delete].
Except for “Preserve favorites website data,” check all items.
(3) Select Tools > Internet Options > [Security Tab] > Trusted sites.
- Click [Site] and add “*.samsung.net “ to add this web site to the zone.
- Security level for this zone: Min and Enable Protected Mode.
Do not enter the protocol (http://, https://).
※ When you cannot access CPCex (3/3)
(4) Close all Internet Explorer screens and right-click the Internet Explorer shortcut icon.
Select [Properties] > [Shortcut Tab] > [Advanced], check “Run as administrator (R),” and click the [OK] button
(5) Please login CPCex, click “Program Install” at the right-
side area of initial page. From next page, download
and install CPCex File Component
※ When you cannot download a file
When downloading an attachment, if the following message is displayed, change the setting as follows:
Select [Personal Setting] > [Environment Setting] on the upper
right of CPCex.
- Select No Use of ActiveX.
- Then, each file can be downloaded/uploaded one by one.
