The Australian Network on Disability (AND) is a national, for-purpose organisation that supports employers to welcome people with disability as employees and customers.

Our network of members comprises more than 300 organisations from the private, public and for-purpose sectors that in combination employ more than 1.7 million Australians.

Members of the Network have a powerful role in contributing to an accessible and inclusive Australia where people with disability are valued as economic and social contributors.
