WELCOME

Established in 1923, Greenville Country Club has stood as one of Greenville’s truly historic membership organizations and continues to be one of the finest country clubs in North Carolina. For more than 90 years, Greenville Country Club has had a stellar reputation of exceptional service and amenities.

Brook Valley Country Club was established in 1965 as an amenity to the new Brook Valley Community developed by Reynolds May. Friendly and experienced professional staff members carefully attend to the needs to club members and guests engaged in golf, tennis, dining, club functions, and events to ensure their ultimate enjoyment.

Greenville Country Club provides two great locations for members to entertain and relax. We offer many dynamic programs, personalized services and upscale amenities. Whether you’re playing golf or tennis, swimming or relaxing, Greenville Country Club’s two locations offer members an enjoyable and active lifestyle. Being a member of Greenville Country Club means people know you by name and that you have a home away from home the entire family can enjoy.

Senior Associate Membership

This membership is for the golf enthusiast who is 72 years of age or older. Provides full access to both golf courses, pools, dining, tennis, and all social related activities

Young Professional II Membership (Age 30-39)

Provides full access to both golf courses, pools, dining, tennis, and all social related activities

• Young Professional II Dues $250

Young Professional I Membership (Age 21-29)

*Family Membership – is available to those who are married or single with dependent children. Membership should extend to the member, member’s spouse (if applicable) and dependent children as prescribed by the club

Article II Section2. The membership committee consisting of a Chairman appointed from the Board of Governors and at least two other Stockholding Members for the Club or their spouses shall have full power to screen new applicants for Membership and make investigations and recommendations to the Board of Governors on all applications received, subject to the By-laws of the Club.

COMMITMENT & AGREEMENTGreenville Country Club

I have applied for Membership to the Greenville Country Club, Inc. (the “Club). By signing this Commitment and Agreement, I agree to be bound by its terms.

The Club has offered me the following inducement to agree to become a Member:

1. I will be required to pay an Initiation Fee of $___0____

In exchange for accepting this inducements, I AGREE to comply with all other requirements imposed on me under the Application, the Club By-Laws, Rules and Regulations (as they may be amended from time to time) including, but not limited to, the following:

1. Applicable Dues based on Membership Classification

2. I will pay a monthly Food and Beverage Minimum applicable to the membership classification;

3. I must obtain signatures from 3 Members to sponsor me for Membership;

4. The Board of Governors of the Club must approve my Membership

I FURTHER AGREE that “If I terminate my Membership at any time within the first 24 months of Membership, the full amount of the applicable initiation fee for my membership classification is immediately due and payable to the club by me. I acknowledge this to be a fair and proper measure of damages for any termination or breach of this contract by me.”

If I breach this Commitment and Agreement, I AGREE to pay interest on my obligation to the Club at the rate of 18% per annum until paid in full. If the Club has to take any action to collect my obligation, I agree to reimburse the Club for its reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses in an amount not to exceed 15% of the obligation.
