Mentoring:
Mentoring is one of the best methods to
advance your career, leadership and business.
You will have the opportunity to leverage 1:1 or
group mentoring at a discounted pricing. Our
Protégé Mentoring programs are done in-
person or live and include immersion sessions,
workshops, goal planning and development and
tracking for successful execution.
WIBL New Leaders’ Summit:
The WIBL Leaders’ Summit is an exclusive one-day
retreat for members only. The retreat offers world-
class strategic content, strategy for 90-days
planning, a focus on leadership skills needed to
thrive and excel in the digital transformation era
and networking with like-minded leaders across
various industries. This is by invitation only with a
registration fee.
WIBL Programs include a combination of the components below to create an experiential learning and developmental atmosphere for continued growth.
Leadership Development Accelerator (LDA) This is a 6-months leadership development program for female professionals, high-potentials and mid-level leaders. Leadership Development Accelerator was designed to enhance the leadership capabilities of the participants by focusing on the competencies needed to satisfy their current and future positions and ensuring the competencies needed to thrive in the digital era is developed. The foundation of LDA is built on leading you, leading others and leading organizations. Through moments of reflection you will discover insights into your personal leadership journey, which leads to greater awareness and success. Leadership components included are:
• Values, thoughts and beliefs which drives emotions and behavior
• Leading organizational change during periods of uncertainty
• Finding and expressing your authentic voice
• Leadership competencies including visionary, resilience and innovation
• Building and empowering high performance local and global teams
• This includes an orientation webinar, 2 interactive learning webinars, 1 in-person workshop with and expert speaker, reflection and journaling and a complimentary group coaching via Perspective Power Clusters™.
• May include a 360 assessment and strength-based leadership evaluation The outcome of Leadership Development Accelerator is an Accelerated Action-Oriented Development Plan.

Requirements for Organizations:
• Senior executive sponsorship
• Minimum 6 and maximum 12 participants
• 8 weeks to custom design this program
• Onsite and offsite locations available for in-person workshops
WIBL Protégé Mentoring Program WIBL Protégé Mentoring Program supports two streams: leadership and business mentoring.
• The Protégé Leadership Mentoring is focused on future leaders and professionals.
• The Protégé Business Mentoring is focused on startups, entrepreneurs and small business owners.
The Protégé Leadership targets future leaders and professionals in the early stages professional development and is focused on personal, career and professional development. WIBL makes every effort to pair each protégé with an expert based on matching profiles. All participants must commit to connecting with their mentor during the 4-months period. Group mentoring sessions includes:
• One expert speaker
• One (1) In-person workshop
• Bi-Weekly 45-minutes virtual session (maximum 5 persons)
• Reflection and journaling
• Each protégé is required to attend 2 networking events during the year as part of the program to build their network and relationship
• Protégé is encouraged to volunteer with a For Profit or Non-Profit organization to gain experience
Individual mentoring sessions includes:
• Two (2) in-person workshops
• Three (3) 45-minutes virtual session
• Reflection and journaling
• Idea Generation Session(s)
• Six (6) 30-minutes mentoring sessions with a mentor conducted online, in-persons or a combination
• Protégé is encouraged to volunteer with a For Profit or Non-Profit organization to gain professional experience. The program assist with volunteer placement.
The Protégé Business Mentoring targets startups, entrepreneurs and small business owners. Regardless of the stage a protégé enters the program everyone will embark on personal self-assessments to discover their strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities. The personal assessment combined with understanding the core values that drives emotions, behaviors and decision making will enable the protégé to create a vision for their business built upon a core foundation.
This program is based on individual coaching and includes:
• Personal Intelligence SWOT™
• Business Process Modeling
• Business Idea Generation
• Technology (digital) Strategy
• Six (6) virtual sessions
• Two (2) in-person meetings
• Reflection and journaling
• Protégés must participate in a Perspective Power Cluster™ at the end of the program
• Three (2) 45-minutes face to face or online coaching mentoring sessions The success of the Protégé Mentoring Program is based on the protégé ability to be engaged in the mentoring and coaching process. Protégé will have the opportunity to gain career advancement strategies such as moving “sideways”, “backwards to move forward”, managing “up, down and across.” The outcome of both programs is for the protégés to:
• Take the next step(s) and build the skills necessary to get them next career level
• Create a business plan to startup or grow an existing business
• Develop a supportive network of professionals
• Gain hands-on experience through volunteering
• Develop a networking strategy to aid in professional, leadership and business growth Requirements for Joining a Perspective Power Clusters™ Below are the requirements to join a cluster:
• Must be willing to make a sustained commitment to the cluster (be present for meetings and commitment to participate in the process)
• Sharing is balanced and two-way. Be willing to ask for help and to give help
• Guidelines governing the clusters must be adhered to which includes the core principles of: honor, trust, respect, accountability, wisdom, security, confidentiality and harmony
• Willing to own the process, create and foster a cluster culture based on the core principles and guidelines
• Honor, wisdom, confidentiality and accountability are cornerstone principles of the cluster. Members must commit to remaining true to the principles and helping each other to achieve their visions, goals through focus, powerful and sustainable actions
• Approval to join is based upon the completion of a 1:1 or group mentoring and coaching program or by the application process.
