Se realizará según el Reglamento Electrotécnico de Baja tensión con elementos de protección en cuadro de mandos y distintos circuitos independientes para un grado de

electrificación elevado (9,2 Kw). Sistema de cables eléctricos de 3 hilos, cables de doble aislamiento para cableado de acero, conexiones estancas, cuadro eléctrico, fusibles y

componentes – Schneider Electric. Schneider Electric – Instalación de tomas e interruptores de la serie Asfora. Lámparas e iluminación no incluidas.

La grifería de los lavabos y duchas será de alta calidad marca Grohe, Hansgrohe o similar. Los platos de ducha quedarán impermeabilizados y se terminarán con los mismos

acabados como del suelo de la vivienda, con tratamiento antideslizante. Las duchas tendrán mamparas de cristal. Los baños estarán equipados con sanitarios marca Geberit,

Grohe o similar. Los wc tendrán el tanque de agua oculto con sistema Geberit, Duravit o similar.

The taps of the sinks and showers will be of high quality brand as Grohe, Hansgrohe or similar brand. The shower trays will be waterproofed and will be finished with the same

• CARPINTERÍA INTERIOR/INTERIOR CARPENTRY

Puerta de entrada a la vivienda será Aluplast – Ideal 7000 – Sistema de puertas UPVC de 6 cámaras. – Color blanco. Mecanismo de cierre de Siegenia

La carpintería interior será de puertas interiores chapadas en MDF. Sistemas de cierre correspondientes instalados de acuerdo con el tipo de habitación.

Los tapajuntas son del mismo acabado que las puertas, de 7 cm. de anchura y de forma tapete recta, lisos y sin inglete.

Los armarios empotrados son del mismo acabado que las puertas de paso. Los tiradores serán a juego con el mismo acabado que las manivelas de las puertas de paso. Los armarios

irán forrados interiormente con sistema Monoblock, revestidos interiormente con melanina imitación a la carpintería elegida, con estante tipo maletero y barra para colgar.

La cocina ira equipada con armarios bajo y sobre banco, muebles cajones con guías telescópicas con rodamientos, bisagras semi automáticas, mueble escurreplatos con

bandejas para platos y vasos y muebles altos provistos de baldas. El hueco de la nevera llevara forro lateral y armario en su parte superior.

La encimera será de SILESTONE, color gris, con doble canto recto.

La cocina ira provista de CAMPANA EXTRACTORA DECORATIVA independiente de ACERO INOXIDABLE con motor de varias velocidades y luz.
