About the course leader
dr lucy shoolbred bsc (hons), msc, dclinpsy, cpsychol afbpss
Lucy is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist who has over 10 years’ experience of working in the consultancy field. As a consultant, facilitator and coach she works with individuals and organisations assisting them in exploring and developing personal and organisational alignment, thereby enabling them to achieve their goals and realise their full potential. Lucy’s background includes a 15-year career with the National Health Service in senior leadership roles. Lucy’s credentials include a Clinical Psychology Doctorate from Christchurch Canterbury University and a Masters from Surrey University.

course overviewThis one-day workshop is for those who want to make a real difference to their workplace culture, by empowering others to talk about mental health to reduce stigma. The exercises will focus on building on participants’ existing knowledge of mental ill health and develop their skills to become an effective Mental Health Champion.
