The steaks are first caramelized on our chargrill to seal in the flavour. Steaks are served blue on our Sizzling Hot stone.

Thinly slice the steak and cook to your own requirement. The stone is at 300 degrees Hot ; cooking time is in seconds. Please be careful not to handle the HOTSTONE
