    Our culinary laboratory features house-smoked

    ingredients, Portland Ale crackers, hand-craed soups,

    sauces and dressings.

    We oer internaonal charcuterie & arsanal cheese

    selecons as well as locally baked breads. Check our special

    board or ask your server about our rotang selecons. Our

    menu is sourced as locally & sustainably as possible.

    Small Plates

    Fruit + Honey + Cheese (v) $6 Suggested pair = Blueberry / Cranberry

    Seasonal fruit, local honey, shaved aged cheeses. Served with crackers.

    Olive Giardiniera Tapenade (v) $6 Suggested pair = Kriek

    Spreadable olive trio with garlic, almond, pickled assortment. Served with so bread.

    Hummus + Crackers + Veggies (rotang avors, see special board) (v) $6 Suggested pair = Winter Gose

    Medium Plates

    Ham + Gruyere + Pickle Panini $8 Suggested pair = Pater

    Sliced Oregon smoked ham + imported gruyere cheese + sweet pickle on dark rye, dressed with dijonnaise.

    Pulled Pork or Smoked Chicken $8 Suggested pair = Kriek

    Smoked pulled pork or smoked chicken + sour-style BBQ sauce, topped with creamy coleslaw on a toasted brioche bun.

    Muulea $8 Suggested pair = Nighall

    Ham, salami, mortadella, mozzarella, gruyere, basil, olive tapenade & house-smoked tomato on a ciabaa roll.

    Charcuterie or Arsanal Cheese Plaer (see special board for daily selecons) $12

    Served with crackers, so bread, fruit compote, seasonal fresh fruit & pickled assortment.

    Beet Haystack (v) $7 Suggested pair = Razberry Wheat/Cranberry

    Roasted red & gold beets, French bleu cheese & candied almond sprinkle on a bed of greens.

    Served with extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar & so bread.

    Caesar (v) $8 (add smoked chicken for $2) Suggested pair = Blueberry

    Hand cut romaine leuce dressed with our vegetarian Caesar dressing, garlic croutons & shaved aged cheeses.

    Green (v) $7 (add smoked chicken for $2) Suggested pair = Razberry Wheat

    Greens dressed with our rotang sourgree. Topped with tomato, cucumber, red onion & carrot.

    Curried Chicken Salad $7 Suggested pair = Cascade IPA

    A mixture of smoked chicken, mango chutney, celery, red onion & seasonal fresh fruit tossed in a

    yogurt-based curried dressing. Topped with roasted cashews, toasted coconut, sliced tomato & cilantro.

    Served on a bed of greens with so bread.
