Mercantile Group specialises in technical trade in Finland and Estonia. The Group has three subsidiaries. In Finland, Mercantile trades in industrial supplies and fire safety products, whereas Örum is a wholesaler of automotive spare parts and accessories. In Estonia, Mercantile Group AS is engaged in technical trade distribution.

Group turnover in 2003 was EUR 58 million.

At the end of year 2003 the number of employees was 280.

The company imports and markets fastening equipment, pneumatic, hydraulic and vacuum components as well as customer-specific special products.

Örum is engaged in the import and wholesale of automotive spare parts and accessories which it markets through dealers in the spare parts trade.

Finland’s trailer and other automotive industry also represent an important customer group.

The company’s operation is based on effective, dependable logistics and on customer-focused operations.

Mercantile Group AS

In Estonia Mercantile Group AS imports and distributes automotive spare parts and accessories, industrial supplies as well as KSB pumps and valves.

The company also operates Autopartner retail and service outlets.

Industrial supplies and KSB products are sold directly to end users in industry to power stations, oil terminals and local waterworks.
