Today, all students participating in the Comenius Poject presented their long-awaited Powerpoint

presentation and their eco-films highlighting their respective practices at home, at school and in

their region.

It was a most interesting experience to listen to students and to compare the way they deal with the

environment. All exchanges were carried out in English which was at times embrassing for some

younsters but also great fun. Some of them said they now saw why English was so important.

« A French person can’t speak Polish or Czech nor German and yet because of my English I can

communicate : it’s WONDERFUL » said one of them.

The Presentation of the official Logo which will be voted on on Friday was also presented in a very

friendly atmosphere. All Logos were lenghily applauded.

In the afternoon the students visited the medieaval hospices and had a walkabout round town thanks

to an English-speaking guide. It was a full day, somehow tiring but definitely exciting.

The Hospices were particularly appreciated. Flemish architecture at its very best.
