Semiautomatic machine with hydraulic manipulation. The machine is designed for cutting of material in vertical and angle cuts, angle cuts are possible to set fluently from 45° left to 60° right. It is suitable for serial production and thank to its robust construction enables to cut wide range of materials including stainless steels and tool steels both profiles and full materials.

Working positions of the arm are controlled by the cam and microswitches of the upper and down position of the arm. In the end position microswitch is on, arm goes to selected up position. The hydraulically controlled vice with long travel is made of cast iron and the jaws allow a safe grip. The vice jaw travels left-right with regard the angular cut; it is secured by a crank.

The DoALL 500DS is a fully hydraulic (clamping and head-lift) part of DoALL’s NEW StructurALL® family of band saws. The 500DS features a 14” x 20” (355mm x 508mm) capacity of rectangles and 15” (381mm) rounds, at 0°. The new DoALL NC-Line is a line of machines designed and built for general purpose sawing opera-tions, both in manual or automatic mode. A colour touch screen has integrated most of the functions and is easy to use. Clear instructions show the operator how to program the machine and set the feed force. The Compact 50, 65 and 80 are universal and compact hydraulic steelworkers with 5 workstations, developed for production purposes with maximum efficiency. The Compact machines are designed and manufactured using our long experi-ence in manufacturing of hydraulic steelworkers. Comprehensive safety guards are fitted as standard on all work stations. Free standing on a suitable floor, they just require electrical connection to be ready for work.

Shielded foot control The hydraulic circuit is activated by a shielded foot-pedal. The inch mode on each workstation enables the correct work piece positioning and tool alignment. Limit switches allow accurate adjustment of the stroke length for maximum efficiency Stroke with automatic return.

These universal machines are supplied with standard tooling including repetition support tables at punch, shear and notch stations and with easily adjusted hold-downs at all five work stations to safely control the operations.

Two shielded foot controlsFor two operator utilisation, the hydraulic system is activated by two shielded foot controls,one operating the punch end cylinder, the other operating the shear end cylinder. The shear cylinder provides the power to the three shearing and the notch stations.

The plasma process differs from conventional machine tools as there is no reaction force from the plasma jet as would be seen with, for example, a milling cutter. With that in mind we design out plasma machines to be very stiff but with a low mass to improve the cutting of intricate profile features such as small holes. The result is a wholly aluminium chassis with hardened and ground linear slide ways, economically sized AC brushless motors combined with precision planetary gearboxes. Small or large, the resultant machines not only look elegant, but perform very well and are easy to maintain.

The entry level PLASMA machines are ideal for the average fabrication shop with plate production sizes from model 1212 – 3015 complete with HYPERTHERM plasma source (size varies to customer requirements).
