The attached PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT forms the site license agreement. Please complete and submit copies as indicated with your order or payment.

Prices include Certification Testing, unless otherwise noted. Accreditation Certificate from the Engineering Institute of Canada provided with multi‐module Programs.

Certification tests for the CSE Program are to be submitted within 4 ‐ 8 weeks, unless otherwise noted.

Prices are per Module or per Program for each Participant, in $US, any applicable taxes extra. Canadian residents, add GST or HST. Quebec residents, add GST & QST.

Michigan and Minnesota residents, add state sales tax (unless exempt). Prices are valid for 30 days from date of Metcom offer, otherwise subject to change without notice.

Standard terms of payment are net 30 days.

Additional Terms of Metcom Offers and Special Offers

Password and username valid for 12 months, then $US 95/year renewal, provide access to purchased Metcom training materials, including upgrades, revisions and additions

to purchased modules. 100% of any Special Offer purchase price is applicable to the purchase of a Complete Program(s) with in 12 months. These terms are subject to change
