PUMPSMETERING
GENERAL FEATURESPlunger Metering Pump with rod crank mechanism, harmonic plunger movement with positive return,flow rate regulation with manual control or servo-assisted.The PD 80 plunger metering pump has been designed and constructed to meet the most varied metering demandsof liquids and chemical reagents. This pump features simple and tested operating principles, yet it does not forgothe high metering precision that characterises all Sodi Scientifica pumps.Its sturdy and compact structure assures high performance in heavy duty applications and makes its maintenancevery straightforward.Available in four main versions, two with head and valve body in PVC and two with head and valve body in AISI 316stainless steel, differentiated based on maximum flow rate level.

PD80
FLOW REGULATIONManual regulation when stationary or in motion with automatic regulation option. Theoretical 0-100%, Useful 10-100%. Plunger stroke length is regulated through a manual rotation of an adjustment knob. The analog indicator showsthe pump's instantaneous flow rate. A PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) system also makes it possible to modulate metering and assures integration of this pump into more complex systems, typical of the industrial sector.
