KHARTSYZSK PIPE PRODUCES MORE THAN 500 TYPES OF LONGITUDINALLY SUBMERGED ARC WELDED PIPES FOR OIL GAS PIPELINES INCLUDING PIPES FOR HEATING SUPPLY NETWORKS AND OFFSHORE SOUR SERVICE. THE CAPACITY OF THE PLANT’S PRODUCTION FACILITIES IS 1.3 MILLION MTPY.

KHARTSYZSK PIPE COMMISSIONED A NEW PRODUCTION LINE IN 2007 FOR SINGLE-SEAM PIPES WITH DIAMETERS OF 406-1422 MM AND WALL THICKNESSES OF UP TO 40 MM. THE LINE IS EQUIPPED WITH UP-TO-DATE EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED BY GLOBALLY RECOGNIZED COMPANIES HAEU-SLER (SWITZERLAND), LINSINGER (AUSTRIA), UHRHAN SCHWILL (GERMANY), KRAUTKRAMER (GERMANY), UNIWELD (GERMANY), HEINRICH GEORG GMBH (GERMANY).

UPON REQUEST, EXTERNAL ANTICORROSION AND INTERNAL COATINGS (FLOW OR ANTICORROSION) CAN BE APPLIED TO THE ENTIRE RANGE OF PRODUCTS. COATINGS ARE APPLIED USING EQUIPMENT FROM SMS MEER (GERMANY), BAUHUIS (THE NETHERLANDS), LUIGI BANDERA (ITALY), CARLO BANFI (ITALY) AND RADYNE (UK).

THE QUALITY OF THE COATINGS MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF DIN 30670, NFA 49-710, CSA Z245.20 SERIES - 10, CSA Z245.21 SERIES-10, ISO 21809-1, API RP 5L2, ANSI/AWWA C210 AND DOMESTIC REGULATORY DOCUMENTS. COATING MATERIALS ARE SUPPLIED BY JOTUN (NORWAY), 3M (USA, RUSSIA), 3M EWOOD (UK), AKZO NOBEL (GERMANY), BOREALIS (FINLAND), MPB (ITALY), ARKEMA (FRANCE), TOTAL PETROCHEMICALS (FRANCE).

ANNEX H (PIPES FOR SOUR SERVICE) AND ANNEX J (PIPE FOR OFFSHORE SERVICE), API SPEC 2B, EN 10208-2. KHARTSYZSK PIPE’S WELDING PROCESS WAS CERTI-FIED BY THE PATONCERT INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL CENTER AS COMPLYING WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF ISO 3834-2.

THE COMPANY’S QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IS CERTIFIED BY API SPEC Q1 (API), ISO 9001 (SAI GLOBAL), DSTY ISO 9001 (VNITI-TEST), AND STO GAZPROM 9001 (RUSSIAN REGISTER).
