INTISARI
Sistem pemasangan jaringan pipa distribusi gas adalah suatu kegiatanmembangun sarana/jaringan perpipaan yang menyalurkan fluida berupa gas.Pemasangan jaringan pipa distribusi gas ini memanfaatkan sumber gas alam yang ada.Pada studi pelaksanaan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis metode pelaksanaan konstruksipemasangan pipa distribusi gas, penggunaan alat-alat dan bahan-bahan.
Pelaksanaan konstruksi pemasangan pipa distribusi gas berpedoman padametode pekerjaan konstruksi pipa distribusi gas, metode pabrikasi dan metodepemasangan pipa dan penimbunan pipa yang telah direncanakan pada proyek. Padapelaksanaan di lapangan terdiri dari pekerjaan survei, penanganagan pipa, pengangkutanpipa, penjajaran pipa, pengelasan, r adiography/non destructive testing(NDT), field jointcoa ting, holiday test, lowering/penurunan pipa, proteksi katodik, ba ckfilling, hydrotest,r einsta tement, dan commissioning.
Hasil studi analisis pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi pemasangan pipadistribusi gas telah sesuai dengan teori dan metode-metode yang direncanakan.Penggunaan alat dan bahan pada pelaksanaan konstruksi pemasangan pipa distribusi gastelah sesuai dengan jadwal dan kebutuhannya.
Kata kunci: sistem pemasangan jaringan pipa ditribusi gas, metode, pelaksanaan.

ABSTRACT
System installation of gas distribution pipelines is an activity to buildfacilities/pipeline network that channels gaseous fluid. Installation of gas distributionpipeline network utilizes existing natural gas resources. In this implementation studyaims to analyze the implementation of the method of construction of gas distributionpipelines, use of tools and materials.
The construction of the gas pipeline distribution based on the method of gasdistribution pipeline construction, fabrication methods, and methods of installation ofpipe and pipe piling that has been planned in the project. In the implementation of thefield consists of survey work, penanganagan pipeline, transporting pipe, pipe alignment,welding, radiography/non destructive testing (NDT), field joint coating, holiday test,lowering/ decrease in pipe, cathodic protection, backfilling, hydrotest, reinstatement, andcommissioning.
The results of an analytical study on the implementation of the construction ofgas distribution pipelines in accordance with the theories and methods planned. The useof tools and materials in the construction of gas distribution pipelines in accordance withthe schedule and needs.
