Please be advised that your firm is the successful bidder to provide Mail Delivery Services for the Finance Department / Treasury Division of the City of Wichita at the following quoted price:

Pick-up and Delivery of Mail each work day by 8:30 a.m. 1. A mail pick-up for the City of Wichita is to be picked up from the downtown Post Office and

delivered to the 1st Floor Express Office by 8:30 a.m. each Monday through Friday workday.

2. Delivery of the 8:30 a.m. mail is available on the west side of the building through the Atrium or

through the tunnel/delivery door. There are no steps. The Express Office is located on the North

side of the first floor, behind the elevators. Someone will be available every workday morning

between 8:15 a.m. and 8:45 a.m. in the Express Office to receive the mail. A list of personnel

delivering the mail should be made available for granting security access to the tunnel/atrium area

of City Hall.

Mail Delivery Services @ $14.40 Cost Per Day

Billing Terms – Net Thirty (30) Days

As Per the Bid and Specifications of September 14, 2017 - Request for Quotation – FQ740058

This informal agreement will be in effect for a period of one (1) year, from October 1, 2017 through

September 30, 2018, with options to renew under the same terms and conditions for two (2) or three (3) additional one (1) year periods by mutual agreement of both parties. This agreement will be subject to cancellation upon thirty (30) days written notice by the City of Wichita. The Vendor also agrees to comply with the Non-Discrimination and Equal Employment Opportunity Statement which is attached and made a part of this agreement by reference hereto.
