viding health and safety in the performance of tasks in the company, maintenance and development of the Management System in accordance with the requirements of OHSAS 18001: 2007 and implement the relevant legislative and regulatory require-ments. This policy is aimed at all the activities, processes, jobs and working equip-
ment for the maintenance and continuous improvement of healthy and safe working environment for all employees of the company under the following principles:
Continuously improve working conditions by min-imizing risks to staff and other stakeholders who might be at risk for health and safety related activities, processes, products and services of the organization.
Commitment to compliance with legal and other (voluntarily accepted) requirements in terms of health and safety at work related to the activities, processes, jobs, work equipment and services of the organiza-tion.
Prevention and reduction of possible diseases, inju-ries and damage associated with the occurrence of accidents and emergencies, by maintaining a high lev-el of readiness to respond to disasters, emergencies and catastrophes.

Monitor and measure the key characteristics of the processes and activities related to ensuring healthy and safe working conditions and take measures for their compliance with laws and regulations.
Providing the necessary training and strengthening the personal responsibility of individuals involved in the provision of health and safety at work.
Active cooperation with the authorized organizations to control occupational health and safety at work and all stakeholders in solving problems related to the provision of these conditions.

furniture is made of carefully selected components from our leading manu-facturers from Europe. The boards we use in production are accompanied by
certificates E1 and EN 13986 for the content of formaldehyde.
METRON aims continuous improvement of environmental protection , mainte-nance and development of the implemented integrated management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14001 : 2015 by applying the relevant
legislative and regulatory requirements. This policy is aimed at the development of all activities and processes in an environmentally acceptable manner in com-
pliance with the Management System requirements.
