Series 300 Marine Grade Gold Seal 1/2” wide worm gear clamps are constructed of all stainless steel. The all stainless steel 300 clamp provides for better corrosion re-sistance when used in applications where there are high concentra-tions of chlorides. This feature makes it an ideal fit in the dairy industry. Clamps are available in boxes of 10 or bulk stock. Boxes of 10 are ideal for distribution to dealers with service and installa-tion trucks.

AIR BLOW & Y- BALL CHECK VALVES

This valve is designed to pressurize lines with air to clean out product or cleaning solutions. It is failsafe because the simple air-to-open spring-to-close mechanism prevents back flow. Normally used with a Y-ball Check Valve.

Y-Ball Check Valves

These valve are used to prevent reverse flow in systems moving liquid products. When the liquid flows into the inlet, the PTFE ball rolls up in the branch of the valve allowing full fluid flow. When the flow stops, equalizing the pressure, the ball rolls back into the seat, preventing back flow.

Features of both models: -Polished ID & OD to 3A Standards. -316 stainless steel construction -Air Blow Valve can be added. -Maximum temperature rating of 250 F.

Classic milk pumps are all stainless steel. Pumps are set to run using a 3450 RPM motors with a keyed shaft. (56C Frame Motors.) 27487 Pump assembly is can be used on a 3/4hp to 1hp motor. MILK FILTERS / STRAINERS

This original large capacity side exit milk filter frame has a closed end that eliminates the rubber end plug. This feature allows for easier filter changing and less sediment blow by. Uses filter socks and only one rub-ber tabbed O-ring to hold the filter on the stainless steel frame. Each frame is precision made and tested before shipment. Comes complete with body, heavy duty clamp, insert and gaskets. NOTE: “copy cat” frame parts are not always interchangeable use only original MGM replacement parts.

PVC PRE-AIR FILTERS

Filtered air is recommended for all vacuum pumps. Pre-Air Filter gives extra protection for vacuum pumps. Designed to filter out moisture and air borne contaminated debris prior to entering the vacuum pump. The units are constructed of non-corrosive white PVC with washable stainless steel filters. The size of the units coupled with the high filtration area offered by the insert helps reduce line fluctuation and reduces build-up on lobes and helps extend vacuum pump and motor life. The improved removable lid makes it easy to inspected the filter screen on a regular interval. It should be cleaned or replaced as needed. Units come complete with floor stand, self draining flapper drain valve for single or dual vacuum pump systems. A PVC plug is included with dou-ble exit models to seal off the unneeded outlet. Microfiber Premium Dairy Towels.

Practical size 12” x 12” light blue or yellow microfiber towels. Use them wet or dry and they will absorb 7 to 8 times their own weight in water. Microfiber works by attracting dirt and other contaminants like a magnet and trapping them within very fine microscopic filaments. The fibers are so tiny they are able to remove 99% of bacteria. Due to their superior quality, these microfiber towels can be washed and reused hundreds of times. Machine wash, tumble dry low heat, and do not iron. Do not use fabric softener or chlo-rine bleach. Microfiber towels are packed 50 towels per clear plastic bag with 5 packs per case. Each pack of 50 contains washing instructions. Minimum order is 1 case.
