At MGM Springfield, we define modern luxury by delighting our guests with over-the-top amenities, services and experiences. Collaborating with our experts, professional partners and designers ensures our commitment to your vision.

MENU

Our Celebrations Menu offers a variety of plated dinner options for you to choose from. Or if you prefer, our Executive Chef is dedicated to creating a unique menu. For evening plated events, a three course minimum applies. Pricing on our Celebration Menus are subject to change.

CAKES

MGM Springfield partners with La Fiorentina Pastry Shop to create a designer cake to your specifications. Pricing can be discussed with your catering manager. Should you wish to find a cake elsewhere, a cake cutting fee will apply.

MENU TASTING

Menu tastings are offered for celebrations above 75 guests and should take place two to four months prior to your celebration. Your Catering Manager will provide you with a menu from which you will make your tasting selections. Menu tastings may include up to four people.

EVENT PROVISIONS

MGM Springfield is the sole purveyor of all food and beverage for on-site events.

Massachusetts law mandates that there is no smoking in any area of service, but an outdoor smoking area can be provided.

Dietary substitutions are available upon request.

Should you choose to provide your guests with a choice of entrée selection prior to the event, you must have place cards that provide an indication of what your guests will be having in addition to having escort cards. The place cards must be set at each place setting prior to your guests being seated for dinner

GUARANTEE

Your final guest count is due to your Catering Manager by 9:00 a.m. three business days before your event. If a final number is not given, the estimated attendance on the contract automatically becomes the guarantee. You will then be charged the guaranteed number of attendees or the number actual served, whichever is greater.

HOURS OF SCHEDULED FUNCTIONS

There is a five-hour time period offered for your event. If a client requires the use of the space outside of this time frame, the request must be approved by the resort. After five hours, an overtime fee will be charged in the amount of $1,000 per hour or fraction of an hour.

DÉCOR

Each venue is equipped with beautifully upholstered chairs and 72” rounds. A selection of coordinated linen is available complimentary. A selection of votives and house centerpieces are also available should you wish to use them. Also provided is a wood dance floor, risers for the band and a 48” round cake table. Should you wish to enhance your décor with specialty linens and other elements, your Catering Manager can assist you with vendor suggestions.

ENTERTAINMENT

So that we may provide this courtesy to all of our guests, we ask that all outdoor entertainment must end by 10:00 p.m.

PHOTOGRAPHY To ensure the privacy and enjoyment of all our guests, MGM Springfield must approve photographer/videographer and will require proof of qualifications.

AUDIOVISUAL Encore Event Technologies is our exclusive audio/visual provider. Encore is located on property to help service your audio/visual production needs. Encore is the exclusive provider of all rigging and power equipment and services. This includes but is not limited to: labor, trussing, chain motors, cables, span sets and all other rigging related equipment. Please contact Encore Event Technologies for quotes and additional information.
