The Marshall Goldsmith School of Management is
part of Alliant International University, a not-
for-profit, WASC accredited institution of higher
education with campuses in six California cities and
three international sites. The mission of Alliant
is to prepare students for professional careers of
serv ice and leadership, and to promote the
d iscovery and app l ica t ion o f knowledge to

formed in 2001 by the merger of the California
School of Professional Psychology and United
States International University. Alliant and its
legacy institutions have been pioneers in the
f i e l d s o f p s y c h o l o g y, i n t e r n a t i o n a l a n d
mu l t i cu l t u ra l educa t i on , and sus ta i nab le
management.
As an Organizational Psychology student, you will
learn how to help people get to the next level and
help organizations enhance their performance. Your
skills in organizational diagnosis and working with
people will have a huge impact on organizational
productivity. For example, you may help Human
Resources to pinpoint applicants who are great
go-getters but lacking in team skills; or you may aid
in helping an organization thrive during a time of
massive change. In addition, you will profit by

OUR CENTERS OFFER OPPORTUNITIES FOR “REAL WORLD” CONSULTING
The Center for Innovation and Change (CIC), the
Organizational Consulting Center (OCC), the Global
Leadership Development Center (GLDC) and the
Center for International Families in Business (CIFB)
provide practical experience for students across all
campuses. Our graduate students work together with
MGSM faculty and Thought Leaders to provide consulting
and coaching services to organizations, family firms, and
individuals. Participation in these Center projects will
increase your hands–on experience and enhance your
resumé.
