He did a pretty exhaustive story about Jackson's finances last year, you may recall. He has been generally fair to Sony in his reporting over the years, though he is smart and thorough, so it's still important to be vigilant in dealing with him. He has reached out to Sony Music thus far, but no doubt will be coming back to us. Ann Morfogen at SCA is coordinating all efforts so that we're on the same page from a Sony perspective; we do expect to be cooperative, though mostly on background. While Richard usually comes through me with SPE requests, in the event anyone hears from him, please let me know. I'll keep people apprised as more is learned. Thanks.
