Senior Graphic Designer February 2010 – Present Pennington Designs Manage design team of 5 designers focused on design for print, embroidery, packaging, and promotional products. Lead designer for logos and marketing projects. Oversee and produce dye-sublimation and heat press products. Manage and design in-house e-commerce website. Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator February 2007 – April 2008 California State University San Bernardino – Foundation Managed staff, designed promotional materials and produced marketing events that boosted product sales and service awareness for retail, dining and housing services. Spearheaded “Keep it on Campus” committee and marketing that is being used on campus to get students and staff more involved with on campus events and services in order to increase revenue for campus activities. Rebranded the bookstore to be more inviting and show more school spirit. Graphic Designer (Temp) December 2006 – February 2007 Creative Link Staffing Worked as part of the in-house design team at Pechanga Hotel and Casino. Created a variety of promotional design for digital and print marketing. Created invitations for Super Bowl Parties, Chinese New Year, and Slot Tournaments. Designed billboards, in-room advertising, entertainment posters, menus, special event invitations, magazine ads, and promotional buttons while maintaining the consistent look of the Pechanga brand. Marketing Director (Interim) June 2005 – January 2006 Forest Home Ministries Promoted to Marketing Director during organizational restructure. Worked closely with the CFO of the ministry to help the camp reduce expenditures during the transition. Developed a marketing campaign that increased attendance for Winter Camp events from 80% up to 105% of capacity. Started production on a magazine that would be used in place of several different brochures, which reduced expenses by 10% and the postage cost by 15%.
