The aftercooler is supplied with cyclone sparator and automa-

tic, level controlled condensate drain.

The nominal volume refers to proper operating conditions (air

inlet 20 °C and 50% relative humidity) of a 2-stage compressor

with an air outlet temperature of 120 °C, and a difference of air outlet and water inlet temperature of 10 °C.

Max. operating pressure:

UAW 0060 – UAW 0180: 16 bar.

UAW 0240 – UAW: 9000 12 bar.

The aftercooler is supplied with cyclone sparator andautomatic, level controlled condensate drain.The nominal volume refers to proper operating condi-

Salgs- og leveringsbetingelser

2010

Med nedennævnte rettelser og tilføjelser finder NL 92 (Almindelige leveringsbetingelser for leverancer af maskiner,andet mekanisk, elektrisk og elektronisk udstyr mellem Danmark, Finland, Norge, Island og Sverige, samt indenfor

disse lande) anvendelse på alle leverancer fra ultrafilter Skandinavien ApS.

1. Tilbud

Tilbud og priser (jf. punkt 2) afgives altid med forbehold for mellemsalg. tilbud er glædende 14 dage efter tilbudsdato hvis

andet ikke er aftalt2. Priser

De anført priser er i Danske kr. i Prislisten og tilbud er angivet eksklusiv moms og spec. emballage.

ultrafilter Skandinavien ApS forbeholder sig endvidere ret til at ændre de i tilbudet anførte priser, hvis der i tiden mellem

tilbudsafgivelse og fakturering sker væsentlige ændringer i valutakurser og afgifter samt i udgifter til materialer, lønninger

og transport. (forbehold for trykfejl )3. Levering

Levering sker normal ab. fabrik ultrafilter Skandinavien ApS.

ultrafilter Skandinavien ApS er unden ansvar for sager vedr. force majeur og eller manglende levering fra underleverandør

som medfører forsinkelse.

4. Leveringstid

De afgivne leveringstider er som udgangspunkt vejledende. Foreligger der skriftlig aftale om fast leveringstid, regnes

leveringstiden fra den dag, hvor endelig ordre er modtaget og accepteres af ultrafilter Skandinavien ApS, ogsamtlige oplysninger, der er nødvendige for leverancens gennemførelse, er kommet i ultrafilter Skandinavien ApS

besiddelse.

5. Betaling

Medmindre andet er aftalt skriftligt, er hele fakturabeløbet forfaldent til betaling 14 dage fra fakturadato. Mindre fejl

og mangler samt leveringsforsinkelser berettiger ikke til tilbageholdelse af nogen del af betalingen.

Betaling senere end forfaldstidspunktet betales en rente på 2% pr. påbegyndt mdr. samt rykker gebyr ( 200 kr.)6. Reklamation

Reklamationer behandles i overensstemmelse med salgs- og afhjælpning af leveringsbetingelser, dog under forbehold af

kundens rettidige betaling. ultrafilter Skandinavien ApS forpligtelser til afhjælpning af mangler, m.v. suspenderes ved

kundens manglende betaling eller anden misligholdelse fra kundens side.

Mangler afhjælpes i henhold til NL 92, dog med det forbehold, at de med afhjælpningen opståede transport-, rejse- og

opholdsudgifter, såvel som udgifter til demontering og montering afholdes af kunden.Ved bedømmelse af hvorvidt en vare solgt af ultrafilter Skandinavien ApS lider af en mangel, er det forudsat, at den

solgte vare anvendes efter normale betingelser samt vedligehold og service er overholdt, og såfremt varen benyttes

mere intensivt end forudsat, afkortes reklamationsfristen tilsvarende.

7. Returnering

Varer modtages kun retur efter forudgående skriftlig aftale og garantiperioden er Garantiperiode12 måneder fra

levering med mindre andet er aftalt skriftligt eller specificeret i tilbud.Normal returnerings gebyr er 10% af vares fakturapris ( dog min 200 kr.)

8. Tvister Enhver tvist mellem ultrafilter Skandinavien ApS og kunden om forståelse og fortolkning af aftaler skal indbringes

for Sø- og Handelsretten, København.

9. Produktansvar

Ethvert produkt ansvar skal bedømmes i henhold til Dansk lov om produktansvar, ultrafilter Skandinavien ApS hæfter ikke for driftstab, avancetab, eller andet indirekte tab.

10. Opstart og vedligeholdese

Alle produkter skal opstartes og vedligeholdes efter medsendte manualer ellers bortfalder al garanti på produkterne.

11. Mangler

ultrafilter Skandinavien ApS er udelukkende ansvarlig for mangler, som skyldes fejl begået af selvskabet selv og

hæfter ikke for underleverandør.
