•8 hours after the treatment, patients who undergo Microneedling are not allowed to use unnecessary skin products that are not design for Microneedling such as

•Patients should avoid direct sunlight after they have the procedure. If a 0.5mm needle is used on their face they

should avoid the direct sunlight within 24 hours but if longer needles are use ranging from 0.75 to 1.0mm it is vital that

they avoid direct sunlight in the span of 14 days.

These instructions should be strictly followed to minimize any risk of side effects.

•Redness on the areas where the needle passes due to inflammation from the induction of collagen, although the

redness will last or 2 days.

•Dryness of skin because the Microneedling process blocks the skin moisturizing barriers.

•With some rare instances, bruising, selling and the forming of small pustules is taking place after the treatment, which

should be consulted to their doctor
