Our Proposal
Enable Partners to prepare and deliver Microsoft Catalyst envisioning workshops:
- Define the objectives of the workshop
- Enable partners to engage CXOs
- Observe customer pain points and needs
- Execute envisioning workshops
- Report workshops output with customers
We offer to enable your team through 3 projects:
- DISCOVER – Vision Platform facilitates the envisioning workshop and the observation, and the partner team is in shadow mode.- CO-EXECUTE – The Partner team and Vision Platform share the facilitation of the envisioning workshop and the observation.- LEAD – The Partner team is responsible for the complete delivery and receives coaching to master the execution.

The package provides enablement and coaching delivered by one Vision Platform expert to one partner
resource to enable that person to execute successfully one Microsoft Catalyst Envisioning Workshop.
Included in the price:
1) Vision platform and the partner facilitator will review the Catalyst Enablement
check list. Enablement objectives will be set.
2) The partner facilitator will select one of the execution mode:
DISCOVER – Vision Platform facilitates the observation and the envisioning
workshop. The partner is in shadow mode
CO-EXECUTE – The Partner and Vision Platform share the facilitation of the
observation and envisioning workshop
LEAD - Partner facilitator is responsible for the full delivery and receive
coaching to master the execution
3) Vision Platform will enable the partner facilitator on the following
activities: Project Scoping, Personas Interview Guide, Personas,
Customer Journeys/Day in a life, Interview guide/surveys, envisioning
activities – What’s on the radar, Affinity Clustering, Abstraction laddering,
Importance Difficulty, Output Report., Stakeholder Mapping.
Measurable Outcome:
- Partner facilitator enablement
- Partner satisfaction
- Customer buy-in

Microsoft Funding available
through Partner Incentives: $10K
