Minimum requirements for final artwork for Freeman to reproduce exactly as submitted:•100 dpi resolution at full size of actual finished product•All related PMS and/or CMYK color codes•Accurate color proof print of artwork•Contact name, phone number and e-mail address of company Xlogistics contact and of art creator/designer (if applicable)•If submitting a “vector” type file, include all fonts, or convert fonts to outlines or paths

Acceptable Software File FormatsFreeman is capable of working with both PC and MAC based software, and can accept art created with the following software (listed in order of preference):

ADOBE – Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop (Files should always be saved in their native format)

Acceptable File TypesFiles that Freeman can use in order of preference, include:

How to Submit Artwork:

Graphic Submission Checklist:

•Artwork files that are of acceptable resolution (as identified on this form) will typically be too large to send via email.

Check to be sure files are saved at the correct resolution and to CMYK, if required.

Check final dimensions and bleeds.

Include all fonts used in the file or convert all text fonts to graphics.

Send submissions early so there is time to correct any problems.

If you have questions, ask them and provide contact information.

Need graphic help? Freeman can provide a graphic designer. $150/hr. 4 hr min.

File types that Freeman cannot use to reproduce high quality graphics include:•GIF files and JPG files•Microsoft Office Software files such as Microsoft Word (DOC) or Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT)•Self-extracting files such as EXE or SEA files

•Before production of design files occur, each Exhibitor will first need to submit their art files to Microsoft for a brand review. Exhibitors will post files to a secure OneDrive, which will be provided by the Exhibitor Logistics Manager. For questions, email Kathy Richardson at [email protected].
