Then get ready, get set, and sign up for the most AMAZING RACE of your life! Many of you have seen the “Amazing Race” or “Treasure Hunter” reality TV shows and have wondered how you would fare in your own race. Now here is your chance! The 3rd Annual Mile High Amazing Race to benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society goes beyond simply solving the clues; it is also a test of strategy. Successful teams must carefully plot the most efficient route after they gather pertinent information. The first team to cross the finish line doesn’t necessarily guarantee a win. Geographical logistics, time constraints, checkpoint challenges, detours and roadblocks are all important factors that are considered in the race to the finish line. Similar to the television show, teams will be challenged to travel from checkpoint to checkpoint and conquer many challenges, detours and roadblocks along the way. They may choose to hop on the 16

th Street Shuttle to gather

the next clue or they may opt for taking the challenge of eating a delicacy from a foreign country. How about kayaking down the Platte River? Mental challenges? Strategic challenges? Who knows! We’re not telling - there’s only one way to find out!
