Course Title: Low Angle Rope and Rescue Operational (LARRO)CA State Fire Marshal FSTEP certified course is designed to equip the student with the techniques and methods for using rope, webbing, hardware, friction devices, and litters in low angle rescue situations. Areas covered include: Rope and related equipment, anchor systems, safety lines, stretcher lashing and rigging, mechanical advantage systems and single line and two line rescue systems. Designed for all fire service personnel.

Dress Code: PPE: The following will be required to participate:1. Helmet (NFPA rated) preferably rescue style2. Safety glasses3. Safety goggles4. Work Gloves5. Long pants6. Long sleeve shirt7. Safety boot (safety toe required)
