    ROCKET MODEL

What is team learning for us?

The Rocket Model has been born through years of gradual work of Johannes Partanen

the founder of Tiimiakatemia. It’s helpful to define the status, indicators and the balance

score card of the team company. Rocket model itself contains of 5 vertical

lanes, 4 horizontal processes and 14 processes taking into account 3 fundamental

learning processes: The Process of Invidual/Teampreneur learning , The

process of Team Learning and the Process of Team Company Learning.

    UNDERSTANDING THE PROCESS

Biography: Knowledge creator company, Nonaka and Takeuchi

Each process is also surrounded by three circles, the same way as a stone thrown in a

calm lake leaves its marks. These circles represent the three view points/levels of

collaboration  –  own team company, Mondragon Team Academy and the whole

    network.

The levels challenge the team company to develop with the help of others and learn

    co-developing with customers.

    TEAM PERFORMANCE MODEL

Comprehensive model of team performance that shows the predictable stages involved

in both creating and sustaining teams. The Drexler/Sibbet Team Performance Model

illustrates team development as seven stages, four to create the team and three to

describe increasing levels of sustained performance.

This powerful tool for developing and sustaining teams can be used as a framework

    GOLDEN CIRCLE IN LEADERSHIP

    WHY

    HOW

    WHAT

    OUTSIDE-IN/ CONVENTIONAL INSIDE-OUT / REMARKABLE

Simon Sinek consider that the balance of the Clarity of Why, the discipline of How, and

the consistency of What gives us Authenticity. When we say and do things that we

    believe.

Probably is a simple idea codify all we do in 3 layers: Why? How? What? But the

reflection behind this is huge and useful. This little idea explains why some

organizations and some leaders are able to inspire where others aren’t.

Provides practical guidelines for one of the essential elements of true partnership—

learning, how to talk together in honest and effective ways. Reveals how problems

between managers and employees, and between companies or divisions within a

larger corporation, stem from an inability to conduct a successful dialogue. DLC:

Check out: What have I learnt and felt during this

days? And what I am going to put in practise this

    week?

    • Team learning process, it has been good to work with MTA entrepreneurs. It wasreally good time, and today was really epic.

    • Really proud of me and my team. We sold an idea to the customer. Having an Idea,

white paper and Midas card helps talking to people.

    • This days made me get out from the comfort zone. I learnt how to talk to the people,

and now I feel comfortable talking to them. Thank you

    • Out of the comfort zone. If you have an idea, go out and pitch or share it. That´s the

way it works. I will pitch the product to different people across the city.

    • I learnt a lot and I get out from the comfort zone.

    • Good tandem exited to follow working.

    •  A really good experience. Full or learning mixing people and showing them the city.

    • Team dynamics. We changed the strategy and instead of earning 0 we invoiced

    5700. That was amazing.

    • Humility and to be with the right attitude. Happy because we have made the first

    prototype of the project.

    • We started with nothing and we went somewhere. Thanks of the good team work

we made a really good work. You need to make your hands dirty.

    • If we take a direction we need to finish.

    • Everything depends on the attitude that we have.
