En sofi stikerad konstruktion i anodiserad aluminium möjliggör ett

The 6-fold measurement turret is supplied as standard
in all models and off ers space for various test methods.
For example it can be equipped with 3 diff erent mag-
nifi cation lenses and the corresponding penetrators for
Vickers, Knoop or Brinell.
The sophisticated construction in anodized aluminium off ers a
large and well arranged test area. The fully automatic XY-slide
with high precision optic path measurement system can be
equipped i.e. with an 8-fold sample holder. Beyond that,
customer specifi c magazines can be managed and created in
the software.

Qpix CONTROL plug-in module: universal bi-directional data interface for order management. The hardness tester gets all order data
and test plans fully automatical. After the test run these are added with results and returned to the order management system. File im-
port and export is confi gurable freely and therefor adaptable individually.

ghjulsprovning minimeras med fördeffi nerade provmönster. Med
Q30A+ kan både härddjupskurvor (HV1) och kärnhårdhets punk-
ter (HV10/30) utföras med en provare. Givetvis genereras också
en rapport, som kan designas efter ert önskemål.
The time-consuming creation of test points, especially with tooth
fl ank testing, is minimized by means of pre-defi ned test templates.
With the Q30A+ the entire normed procedure between HV30 and
HV0,5 can be done by one single device. Certainly a correspon-
ding report is stored. The report can be adapted to customer
