    miniMAX asked itself thequestion:

    Is it possible to impartessential life andcareer readiness skillseffectively, predictablyand sustainably using the

    fun elements of the artsto do so?

    Our answer:Yes!

    During her studies at North-West University, Sunet

    Wagner, the CEO of miniMAX, was a member of the

    Alabama Student Company, a musical revue group.

    Little did she know that her experiences, as part of the

    Company, were preparing her not only for her career

    but for her life purpose! Fresh out of varsity, Sunet

    founded miniMAX as a platform to create access for

    the youth, to the performing arts, as well as to connect

    young people to their purpose. I saw miniMAX as thebridge between who children are and who they want to

    be, says Sunet.

    THE JOURNEY

    In 2016 miniMAX looks forward to

    climbing to even greater heights,

    together with you!

    From 2001 to 2005, miniMAX was a

    company that held an annual talent

    show, Revue miniMAX, a platform

    dedicated to show-casing its students

    super-talents.In 2005, miniMAX partnered with

    Raizcorp, a business incubator. miniMAX

    began to soar to new heights with the

    realisation that the business was not just

    about talent shows.

    So began the evolution of miniMAX

    into a high-impact company dedicated

    to unlocking the potential of youngpeoples talents to ensure their personal

    success in life.

    2006 to 2011were what miniMAX calls

    the research and development phase of

    the companys journey. miniMAX began

    to see its clients not only as schools

    and parents, but began to partner with

    corporate companies committed to South

    Africas social and economic future, fast

    tracking the development of young people

    while offering them a practical platform to

    harness and apply their talents. In 2012, miniMAX proved that it could

    deliver we showcased our ability

    to create win-win outcomes for all

    stakeholders miniMAX does what it

    says it will, and does it when we say we

    will!

    In 2013, miniMAX proved that it could

    scale we organised a 40-week

    programme in 12 schools, running 6

    sessions a day!

    In 2014, miniMAX proved that it could

    monitor and evaluate we learned

    to prove impact in the development

    space!

    In 2015, miniMAX proved that it could

    customiseour programmes to meet our

    clients specific needs Municipalities

    want youth to learn how government

    works; IT companies want them to

    understand technology in the workplace

    we find ways to leverage each

    individuals super-talent to give them

    and the economy the best opportunity

    to succeed!

    At a book launch, inspired by Sunets

    entrepreneurial journey, she met the

    Group Commercial and CSI Managers

    of Tsogo Sun. It was a meeting that

    provided miniMAX with an important

    spring board to accelerate its high-

    impact, socio-economic development

    mission. This led to the birth of the

    Tsogo Sun Arts Academy which

    speaks into the Tsogo Sun Citizenship

    Strategy focusing on Community

    Development, Entrepreneur Develop-

    ment and Environmental Education.

    At this point miniMAX completely

    transformed into a company that

    uses the arts as a vehicle to prepare

    youth for career success and to

    become socially responsible citizens. It

    is a story of hope, perseverance and

    tenacity the very qualities miniMAX

    aims to instil in the beneficiaries of its

    programme!

    In 2016, miniMAX Performing Arts continues to

    grow with the establishment of miniMAX Youth

    Development, a 51% black-owned company,

    which will be the structure through which we

    will interact with government and corporate

    companies.

    In addition, we have set up two trusts for our staff

    and beneficiaries:

    A trust for our qualifying employees and

    another for our non-qualifying employees.

    Mirroring this process, we have also set up two

    NGOs for our beneficiaries.

    At miniMAX, what we do for one, we do for all.

    By the end of 2016, miniMAX will be a fully-

    transformed company, allowing all who interact

    with us to share in the benefits of our success.

    miniMAX takes each client through these six stages,

    as illustrated in the AVIATION FRAMEWORK.

    This is the miniMAX design, development and

    implementation methodology, guaranteeing a

    rhythmic, predictable, sustainable and impact-

    driven programme.

    The result is what we call a SKILLS DISPENSER.

    Each client then chooses their focus areas (subjects)

    around which a customised programme is built.

    Content may be adapted, customised or created

    to meet each clients specific needs.

    With an uncompromising passion to develop tomorrowssuperheroes, the miniMAX team exists to discover, develop andnurture young talent.

    All members of the miniMAX team have their own superheropowers.

    The founder and CEO of miniMAX, Sunet Wagner, is known asSPECIAL AGENT STRAT. Her role is to set the course, direct

    the way and make sure all systems are in place to achieve themission.

    Other SPECIAL AGENTs include: With supersonic speed and extreme precision, SPECIAL

    AGENT SONIC ensures that all agents are supportedand synchronised as a unit. Sonic transmits all codedmessages and is a beacon of hopeto agencies, agentsand superheroes alike.

    SPECIAL AGENT FZZT short-circuits the gap betweenthe desired outcomes and the fun elements of the arts.She ensures that the implementing agents avoid self-destructioncaused by high voltage surges.

    SPECIAL AGENT FINN ensures that programmes meetclient requirements, mobilises PROGRAMME SWATunits to hunt down the best value for money, eliminatesany threats to the delivery of quality services and infiltratesfinancial systems to enable the targeting of deadlines.

    SPECIAL AGENT ARROW hits the operations andprogramme targets through meticulous planning,delegation and execution. She re-adjusts and alignsmultiple courses to meet the desired programme outcomes.

    SPECIAL AGENT SEEDS is the keeper of the knowledgeand ensures that miniMAXs values, process and bestpractice seeds are sown, watered and nurtured to their fullpotential.

    SPECIAL AGENT TRACKS has state of the art surveillance

    techniques in place to highlight gaps and to set thescene for innovative solutions. Her on-going quest is tobuild an impenetrable fort with guaranteed results.

    SPECIAL AGENT HUNT seeks outand identifies futureagents and agencies that are aligned in purpose and values.Collaboration is the key to establish world domination.He lives by the motto: All for one and one for all.
