Cautionary Statement on Forward-Looking Statements
Information set forth in this presentation contains forward-looking statements that are based on assumptions as of the date of this summary. Thesestatements reflect management’s current estimates, beliefs, intentions and expectations. They are not guarantees of future performance. Zinc Onecautions that all forward looking statements are inherently uncertain and that actual performance may be affected by a number of material factors, manyof which are beyond their respective control. Such factors include, among other things: risks and uncertainties relating to metal prices, changes in plannedwork resulting from weather, logical, technical or other factors, the possibility that results of work will not fulfill expectations and realize the perceivedpotential of Zinc One’s mineral properties, uncertainties involved in the interpretation of drilling results and other tests, the possibility that requiredpermits may not be obtained in a timely manner or at all, risk of accidents, equipment breakdowns or other unanticipated difficulties or interruptions, thepossibility of cost overruns or unanticipated expenses in work programs, the risk of environmental contamination or damage resulting from theexploration operations, ability to obtain sufficient financing to implement its exploration, Zinc One receiving favorable economic studies on its mineralprojects and development plans on Zinc One’s mineral properties and the need to comply with environmental and governmental regulations.Accordingly, actual and future events, conditions and results may differ materially from the estimates, beliefs, intentions and expectations expressed orimplied in the forward looking information. Except as required under applicable securities legislation, Zinc One undertakes no obligation to publiclyupdate or revise forward-looking information.
Cautionary Statement on Historical Resource Estimate
The historical resource estimate set forth in this presentation was prepared by the previous operator, Corianta S.A. in an internal report dated June 13,2011 on the Bongará Zinc Oxide Mine. Although the historical resource estimate used “measure resources”, “indicated resources” and “inferredresources”, the historical estimate was not done in compliance with CIM standards. Zinc One considers these categories relevant as it represents the ZincOne’s main target for exploration and development work on the Bongará Zinc Mine. Zinc One is confirming the reliability of the historical resourceestimate and the information supporting the historical resource estimate. The qualified person has not done sufficient work to classify the historicalestimate as a current mineral resource. Zinc One is not treating these historical estimates current mineral resources.
Qualified Persons
Bill Williams, Ph.D., CPG, COO and a director of Zinc One, is a qualified person as defined in National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure forMineral Projects, and has reviewed and approved all technical information in this presentation.

Zinc is currently the 4thmost widely consumed metal in the world after iron, aluminum,
and copper and the 24thmost abundant element in the
Earth’s crust.

Advances in zinc battery technology Zinc batteries have been used for decades. Improved technology has led to longer-life and steadier voltage output and the potential as a fuel cell providing power to electric vehicles including scooters, buses and trucks.
Advances in zinc for human healthZinc deficiency takes a toll on humans and agricultural productivity. It is the most common micronutrient deficiency affecting >50% of agricultural soils. Zinc fertilizer can significantly increase crop yield, boost nutritional value and improve farmers incomes.

A Path to Development
• Road to paved hwy, electrical grid and high water volumes NOT required
• Production targeted for 2021 - open pit operation with permitting on-track
• Waelz kiln processing on-site with minimal waste management – SLAG
• Supportive local communities – have seen a mine life cycle
Significant Exploration Upside
• High-grade zinc drill targets proximal to previously-mined area
• 300 m x 400 m area between Mina Chica and Mina Grande Norte
• Campo Cielo (500 m north of Mina Chica)
• 8 km trend with known near-surface, high-grade zinc mineralization
