LOOKING AHEAD - SOME IMPORTANT DATES Sunday 1st October - Harvest Service. This will be the final service of Rev. Flemings ministry. Following the service there will be brief speeches and then refreshments for the congregation. Tuesday 5th September - A minister will be appointed by our Presbytery to be Convenor of the vacancy. This minister will take the service in First Coleraine on Sunday 8th October. Peter and Jayne will spend the months of Oct - Dec. doing orientation and preparing to move to Nepal. Sunday 21st January 2018 (Date to be confirmed) An evening service of Commissioning for Peter and Jayne. This will be organised by the Presbytery with the co-operation of the Council for Global Mission. In the following week Peter and Jayne will fly out to join United Mission to Nepal, Kathmandu. Take it to the Lord in Prayer’ - Do you want to respond to God’s word, or know of a burden that can be shared in prayer? 1. Merciful Father we bring to you those who are bereaved and suffering follow-ing the latest atrocity in London. May they know your healing and comfort and peace.

2. Lord we pray for the young Muslim men and woman who are being so easily radicalised and pray that your Holy Sprit would intervene in their lives and change their mindset in a dramatic way. 3. Continue to pray for Peter and Jayne as they make preparations to follow

Gods plan for their future in Nepal. 4. Remember also Lydia and Jack as they plan for their trip to Nigeria. May God

guide them throughout. 5. Pray for the continued growth of new believers among the Nepali community in

Lisbon and pray for their leaders that God will guide them with their plans to go forward in this fellowship.

6. Continue to pray for Peter and Anna Crawford as they take time out to rest and reflect before they return to a busy schedule in Park of the Nations and else-where.

7. Pray for all Healthcare providers in our hospitals, GP surgeries and in the com-munity. Pray that they continue to give love and care for patients even when curtailed by understaffing and stressful situations.

IMPORTANT DATES HOLIDAY BIBLE CLUB will be held 17th-21st July 6.30-8 pm in the Windyhall Community Centre. If you are interested in helping with this, please contact Liz. Wednesday 21st June - All HBC helpers please meet in ‘The House’ at 7.30 pm. This will be a information evening regarding duties, teaching material and good practice for working with children. Wednesday 28th June - All HBC helpers please come to ‘The House’ at 7.30 pm, when Joe Cassells will teach and inspire us from the lessons that we preparing to share with the children at the club.
