Whereas the Minister of Labour granted a variance respecting sections 16(1) and 19(1)(d) of the

Employment Standards Code to specified employer members of the Alberta Roadbuilders and Heavy Construction Association (ARHCA) and their on-site employees described in Ministerial Order No. 2018-24;

And whereas Ministerial Order No. 2018-24 was amended by Ministerial Order No. 2019-15 to replace the Schedule with a Revised Schedule;

Pursuant to section 74.1 of the Employment Standards Code, I, Jason Copping, Minister of

Labour and Immigration, hereby amend Ministerial Order No. 2018-24 by replacing the Schedule (as amended by Ministerial Order No. 2019-15) with the attached Revised Schedule.
