ASSOCHAM awards GEM Green Building Certification Rating, to all GEM compliant buildings. Rajasthan, UP, Gujarat,
West Bengal, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh and have signed MoUs with Indian Institute of Architects (IIA),
FSAI, ISHRAE, ASHRAE India Chapter, ASHRAE Western Chapter, Smart Habitat Foundation, ISLE, GACS and IAQA India
Chapter.
Prior to the ongoing pandemic disease, the real estate fundamentals were strong with leasing activity, launch of new
projects, available capital and strong market. Due to the pandemic disease COVID 19, Real Estate sector is also
impacted badly. Migration of Labour to their hometown due to lack of work also had its impact on economy and have
pushed sentiment in real estate. To discuss on the challenges being faced by the Real Estate developers / builders in
current situation and to deliberate on the steps that need to be taken for relief, ASSOCHAM is organizing the India’s 1st
Online Realty Summit & Awards on online platform. It would be an exclusive opportunity for the developers, builders
