NOTICE

WALK-IN-INTERVIEW FOR ENGAGEMENT OF SENIOR RESIDENT UNDER 3 YEARS SENIOR RESIDENCYSCHEME

A walk in interview will be held for engaging 5 Senior Resident for a period of three years,under the three years Residency scheme (Renewable every year) in the chamber of MedicalSuperintendent, ESIC-MH, Rajajinagar, Bangalore- 10, as per the schedule below:-

AGE: Reservation policy will be as per Central Government rules.QUALIFICATION: A post graduate degree in the concerned speciality from a recognised university andwith adequate experience.EMOLUMENTS: Pay -Rs.18,750/-, Grade Pay-Rs.6,600/-, Non Practising Allowance - Rs.6,338/- permonth plus DA( as revised from time to time) & HRA & TA as applicable under Government of India.Total Emoluments including all allowances per month will be approximately Rs.62,187/-The contract will be for a period of 3 years only, subject to renewability every year.

OTHER TERMS:I.Selected candidates will have no claim for regularization of the services in the hospital.2.They will be entitled for EL, HPL, Commuted leave, Extraordinary leave and Encashment of Earned leave as are applicable fortemporary employees under CCS(Leave) Rules - 1972.3.The selected candidate have to deposit security amount of Rs.4,000/-in favour of ESI Fund A/e No.1 payable at State Bank ofIndia, Rajajinagar, Vth Block, Bangalore-10, and produce the Challan.4.Hostel accommodation/quarters will not be provided.S.The Senior Resident has to wear his/her own white coat with name badge during the duty hours.6.The appointment is subject to Medical Fitness and verification of character and antecedents.7. Private practice of any kind will not be allowed.8. No TA/OA will be admissible for joining the post.9. The doctors at any time found guilty of any gross misconduct or negligence of his/her duties shall be terminated withoutany notice or payment in lieu of notice period.10.The absence from work for a period of fifteen days without proper permission of the competent authority will amount tovoluntary abandonment of engagement and automatic termination.11. They will also be required to attend emergency and premises duty and other clinical duty as assigned by MedicalSuperintendent or his representative.12. The notice is also being published on Regional Office, ESICwebsite www.esic.kar.gov.in13. Selected candidates will have to join duty immediately and in any case on or before 01/10/2011.

Candidates are requested to bring their Application/Bio-data and original qualification, experiencecertificates and certificate belonging to Reserved class(as applicable) along with one set of attested Xeroxcopies with 2 passport size photographs.
