A friendly reminder: parents,

family member(s), girl friends,

boyfriends are NOT allowed to

attend Chaplains Time; this is a

very critical time for the new ca-

dets and any outside influence

could jeopardize this ministry op-

portunity. Also, no pictures are

permitted to be taken during

chaplain’s time. Please do NOT

ask anyone to snap a quick pic-

ture of your New Cadet, as this

could also jeopardize this minis-

try opportunity.

Thank you for

your ministry

Class of 2022!

Class of 2022

New Cadet

Ministry

Greetings! Thank you for wanting to

support the Class of 2022 during their

first month at West Point. BEAST

(Cadet Basic Training) is a really busy

and crazy time for most of them and

the privilege of going to Protestant and

Catholic Chaplain’s Time on Wednes-

day nights is a GREAT time of refresh-

ment and opportunities to fellowship

with other believers.

The dates for Chaplain’s time this year

are: July 4, 11, 18, and 25. We antici-

pate roughly 500 to 600 New Cadets

rolling through each week. The focus

of Chaplain’s Time is worshipping our

Lord and Savior, as well as having

some time of fellowship afterwards.

We want to provide some light snacks

during fellowship and we need your

help! But due to ever increasing logisti-

cal issues, we are no longer accepting

any goodies sent in through the mail,

nor can treats be sent to specific new

cadets. Therefore, we have several

local bakers lined up who are ready to

take your orders and deliver them di-

rectly to Chaplain’s Time.

P ROTESTANT & C ATHOLIC C HAPLAIN ’S T IME C OOKIES

The bakers as well are unable to deliver

notes to your new cadet. But we do

greatly appreciate your help with making

Chaplain’s Time run smoothly by using

one of the local bakers listed on the right

to send goodies to the new cadets. They

have been delivering to Chaplain’s Time

for the past few years and are well aware

of the process.

Local Bakers

On the right is a list of local bakers;

please be sure to let them know if it’s for

the Protestant Chaplain’s Time or Catho-

lic Chaplain’s Time (so they’ll know which

location to deliver the goodies to):
