Founded in April of 2008 by China Minsheng Banking
Corp., Minsheng Financial Leasing (MSFL) was one of
the first five Chinese financial leasing companies with
banking background to be approved by the China
Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC).
MSFL overview
Registered Capital: 5.1 billion RMB (CMBC 51%).
Total Assets: more than 110 billion RMB ($18 billion).
After-tax Net Profit: 1.6 billion RMB ($260 million).
ROA/E: leading position in the industry the most
profitable financial leasing company in China.
MSFL is China's largest corporate jet leasing company and the largest ship
leasing company. It has more than 140 ships and more than 180 aircrafts. More
than 100 aircrafts are expected to be delivered by the end of 2013.
March 2012, initiated by Minsheng Financial Leasing, the top eight OEMs and eight domestic business
jet operators formed the “China Corporate Jet Shanghai Alliance”. Together they announced the
“2012 China Corporate Jet Shanghai Declaration” and strive to build a completed service system,
undertake their role as manufacturers, finance providers, operators, service providers, and provide
“honest and trustworthy, and standardized” services.
New members this year: Hawker Pacific (Hawker Pacific), Minsheng International General Aviation
Corporation, Netjets and Metrojet (Hong Kong Commercial Aircraft Co., Ltd.)
