MONDAY JANUARY 29, 2007 The Board of Supervisors met at 9:00 the 29th day of

January2007, in the Supervisors' Room at the County Courthouse, Town of

Poplarville, Mississippi with the following members of said Board

and officers of said County present, to-wit: President, Bettye

Stockstill, member from District No. Five; Vice-President, Robert

Supervisors of Pearl River County, Mississippi, the matter of

authorizing personnel changes in Sheriff's Department.

Upon motion made by Anthony Hales and seconded by Danny Wise,

the following order was adopted, to-wit:

Be It Ordered by the Pearl River County Board of Supervisors

to authorize personnel changes in the Sheriff's Department as follows: Hire Albert Jenkins as Correctional Officer effective immediately. Hire Michael Spence as Correctional Officer effective immediately. Susan Nicholas will remain as part-time Correctional Officer.
