1. On behalf of PRIMACO, GM (Engineering and P & C) initiated the meeting while highlighting location backgroundof the project, introduction to various Tenders and their scope, and the intent of the Employer to execute project. Afterdetailed introduction, the bidders were requested to raise their queries, if any, for further clarifications by Employer's team.Following are the queries and responses raised during the meeting.

Client will have the right and call for the certificatefrom the original manufacturer for items/material supplied bythe contractor for the project.3. Local Representative must have at least 5 yeardealership of proposed brand and must be authorized tosupply the material on this project.4. Previous performance with employer shall beconsidered as qualification/disqualification criteria forevaluation of this procurement.
