important distinction in type of informant

    that supports managerial decisions.

ROBERT ANTHONY in 1965 suggested that thearea of management planning (deciding what to

do ) and control (assuring desiring results) be

    BUSINESS MODEL

Abusiness model describes the rationale of how

an organization creates, delivers, and captures

value - economic, social, or other forms of value.

The process of business model design is part

    of business strategy.

In theory and practice the term business model is

used for a broad range of informal and formal

descriptions to represent core aspects of business,

    including purpose, offerings, strategies,

    infrastructure, organizational structures, trading

    CONCEPTUAL MODEL

In the most general sense, a model is anything

used in any way to represent anything else.

Some models are physical objects, for instance, a

toy model which may be assembled, and may even

be made to work like the object it represents.

However a conceptual model, may only be drawn

on paper, described in words, or imagined in the

mind. They are used to help

us know and understand the subject matter theyrepresent.
