he was stereotyping the patient to spend the time, not based on the result that needs him to responsible if there'sanything happenindividualismhe tried to use his full authority, in order to get the benefit from the patient conditionfeminismbecause they are close friends since junior high school, Tenar may prioritize his friend than other patientcommunitarianthe patient are afraid with contagious disease that will affect her, it related to the society opinion about venerealdiseaseutilitarianbecause he predict that the patient is still in same condition, if he give another prescription no guarantee that thepatient will recover utilitarianthe doctor may do not want to informed patient, because it will affect the psychologies and patient motivation torecover utilitarianhe know that the treatment that he gave will be useless, the patient need to be hospitalized, under supervision of competence doctor. However, his way are too rashutilitariandr. Tenar know that he will get the respect from the daughter and also her father, in order to protect the daughter from law liabilities & make her confess her mistake, however the intention of dr.Tenar are disgracefulcommunitariandr. Tenar apperance, full of sweat and odor not match to the appearance of the doctor that society described ,which is always tidy and clean in every situation

stereotyping the patient is allowed if the patient suffered same disease, however high-standard of examination mustbe established before conclude the patient disease and later to determine what the advice must be given

intention to get 'something' as a compensation of his/her work, often lead the person to neglect the norm & morality

the rules of queuing is reasonable, it reflect the order and discipine. Exception in emergency patient that needimmediate help, everyone must follow the queuing rules

confidentiality, and current condition of patient must be kept by the doctor. If there's anyone know, beside thepatient, doctor and anyone that allowed by the patient to know their condition - that's mean the doctor was violatethe ethics code

the doctor should check the patient first in order to established the golden-rule principle, and to prevent the patientfrom harm

autonomy of the patient should be respected by the doctor, to know their disease is also one of the rights that givenand the duties that doctor must have done

the doctor should not make patient become more threatened with his act, in this case the doctor not try to calm or be more sensitive but the doctor also a little bit panic. Thus he gave the responsibility to hospital

abortion is prohibited - based on Hippocratic oath - evenmore, the doctor must not show his sympathy or interferetoo much in patient personal problem

the appearance of the doctor usually as a stakeholder for the society whether he is good or bad doctor, physicalappearance ply a important factor in here.
