Our cross country is on tomorrow starting at 9am.
Mrs Wilson will not be there as she has a training

The 5/6/7 age group will run at 9am and will do 2
laps. When the other schools arrive, we will begin
the carnival with the 8/9 years.
The 8/9/10 year olds will run 3 laps. The 11/12/13
year olds will run 4 laps. They will get a stamp at the
completion of each lap.
Students should bring a change of clothes/shoes in
case they get wet while running.
Easter Hat Parade:
We will be holding an Easter Hat Parade and raffle on
Tuesday 9th April. The parade will start about
9:15am with an Easter raffle at the conclusion of the

Donations can be made for the raffle at the office.
Thank you to the families that have contributed.
Tickets for the raffle are with this newsletter. Tickets
and raffle money are to be returned by Monday
afternoon, 8th April.
We will also be selling hot cross buns for $1. Please
indicate on the slip on the next page if you would like
to purchase any hot cross buns.
The children will be making their hats for the parade
at school on Friday 5th April. If any parents would
like to come along to help, they are most welcome.
We will start at 9am.
Assembly:
Our assembly will be held at our usual time of

Yr 3-6 enjoyed their time in Sydney last Wednesday. Here is what some of the class
had to say:
Jaydon: It was a really long drive to Sydney and while
we drove we saw fast cars and on the bus we watched
The Tooth Fairy. It was fun when we went in Willy
Wonka’s factory.
Dinal: The show was great. We crossed Sydney Har-
bour Bridge and everyone was amazed of Sydney Har-
bour Bridge.
Toby: I really liked when the Oompa Loompas came
out because their costumes are so cool.
Divonne: It was exciting to go over the Sydney Har-
bour Bridge.
Michael: My favourite part of the trip was sitting and
talking on the bus.
