Control Box Key Description Display and function of each key in the normal mode
When the power is turned ON (the switch turned ON), the LEDs 1,2,3,4 and 5 shown below will display. This state is called the [Normal Mode], and the following keys can be operated.
{UP arrow key} (Jog [+]) Jogging in the forward direction can be executed.
Indicates whether the counter is on or off.
{DOWN arrow key} (Jog [-]) Jogging in the reverse direction can be executed.
[H] key Executes the home return operation.
[F] key The mode is changed over to the function mode.

Indicates the sewing machine speed setting value ([0] to [9]).
Indicates the pattern No. (3-digits).
[C] key The message display (M-**) is canceled.
[B] key The mode is changed over to the bobbin winding mode.
[A] key The mode is changed over to the speed setting mode.
[D] key The mode is changed over to the pattern read mode.
1. When the C key is pressed, the setting of the Y axis correction amount lowers by 0.1mm. 2. When the D key is pressed, the setting of the Y axis correction amount rises by 0.1mm. 3.The setting range of the Y axis correction amount is 12.7mm in any direction.
By pressing the C or D keys, the home position correction can be turned on or off.
Basic mode operation 1.Program 1 mode (home position correct and the enlargement/reduction scale modes)
After the F key is pressed in the normal mode, if the A key is pressed for more than 2 seconds, the display switches to the home position correction, (on/off) setting screen.
When the H key is pressed, the display returns to the normal mode after saving the setting values. Memo 1. The enlargement/reduction scale using the same stitch length cannot be done from the setting panel. 2. Use the arrow keys to move from one display to another.

1. When the A, B, C or D keys are pressed, the X enlargement/reduction rate can be changed. The rate can be set in the range of 10.0% to 200.0% in 0.1% units.
2. If both the X, Y enlargement/reduction rate or just one rate has been changed, the calculation will be executed and the normal mode will be returned to when the H key is pressed. If the rates have not been changed, the normal mode will be returned to without executing the calculation.
1. When the A, B, C or D keys are pressed, the Y enlargement/reduction rate can be changed. The rate can be set in the range of 10.0% to 200.0% in 0.1% units.
2. If both the X, Y enlargement/reduction rate or just one rate has been changed, the calculation will be executed and the normal mode will be returned to when the H key is pressed. If the rates have not been changed, the normal mode will be returned to without executing the calculation.

2.Program 2 mode (pattern write, delete, and copy mode) After the F key is pressed in the normal mode, if the B key is pressed for more than 2 seconds, the display switches

5.Program P mode (system software, set, and step file write/read mode) After the F key is pressed in the normal mode, if the ↓ key and the ↑ key are pressed for more than 2 seconds, the display switches to the system software write screen. Use this to backup (save) to floppy disk when special settings have been made (factory settings changed) on the setting panel. Also use this mode to read the special settings from the floppy disk to the memory of the machine.
