Where others see just growth, we also see opportunity. While beginnings daunt most, they invigorate all of us at ASIS. Founded in the early 90s, the ASIS Group comprises of a number of thriving companies that provide our clients with a wide range of products and services. Indians today want a lifestyle that reflects their hard-earned prosperity and homes that are a reflection of themselves. This has led to a huge increase in every aspect of interior solutions, starting from MDF and Particle board and ending at ready furniture. Anticipating this and sensing an unrivalled opportunity, we set up the nation’s most advanced integrated interior solutions plant Uttarakhand in 2007 . Uttarakhand Initiative: Spread over 25 acres, this state-of-the-art plant at which we make it all – MDF boards, Particle boards, Prelaminated boards, Decorative laminates, Flooring, Panel doors and Furniture components as well as modular furniture, thus empowering Indians by giving them the opportunity to choose how they want to renovate their homes. On the 21st and 22nd of February 2008, our plant in Uttarakhand achieved a production of 140 CBM and 145 CBM respectively. This happens to be the highest production in one day by any particle board company in India. Earth initiative: At ASIS, we understand that the resource that needs the most careful handling is the Earth herself. So while conventional timber products use mainly the trunk and large ranches, thus wasting the other elements like roots, branches and upper tops, to name a few. Our range of products is made from the chipping process that uses almost every part of the tree, thus minimising waste and ensuring that less trees needs to be cut.
