There are several private events in the booking
process for 2015, most affecting Swashbuckler
Grove. Details will follow when bookings are
complete.
ALL DATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE
Only 87 days until Faire
The Boar’s Head Stage and seating area
have been removed and we will be
installing a seating area and music for
the 2015 season. Hopefully in the future
a food court will be installed.
A large bathroom is being built next to
the MAZE. This will take the place of the
O’Malley’s Portas and the Royal Flush.

Swashbuckler
Grove…Removing
the Pouring station
behind the pub, And
new surprises that we
cannot yet speak
of…
CONSTRUCTION
Due to the construction on
grounds several areas will not be
open during BrewFest and
FlavorFest this year.
Specifically:
~Swashbuckler Grove from the
Stage through Sir Williams Hall to
the Swashbuckler Gate
~Guildsman’s Way from Delighted
Eye through Crown Jewels
~Boars Head (Maze Side) foot
bridge past the Maze.
Booths located in the above areas
will not be permitted to be open
for Brew or Flavor.

Trailer Registration
Any merchant storing a trailer in
the back 40 must fill out the Trailer
Registration Form located on the
Merchant Website at:

PROPANE The Fairegrounds will be getting a
new Propane Purveyor.
Heller Propane
Any Food Merchants that have a
propane account with PRF will be
part of this change.
The procedure should be the same
as before.
PARKING
There is a new driving/parking
plan for the back 40. Please
pay attention to the signs when
you enter.
