The employer agrees to assist the University in giving the student a well- rounded training by assigning the student to several phases of work during the training period. Training sponsors, usually supervisors or department heads of senior clerks, may be app ointed to di rect the trai nin g in eac h of the work assigned. At the end of the training period, the employer will complete the Job Proficiency Rating Sheet which gives an evaluation of the job performance and personality of the student-trainee. The coordinator will assist the employer in carrying out the continuous training of the student. She will conduct the classr oom instructions and correlat e thi s instru cti on with on-the -jo b exp eri ences received by the stu dent. The coordinator shall confer with the employer and visit the trainee in the workplace to discover and to correct the weaknesses of the student-trainee. The parent of guardian of the student has been informed about the progress and per mis sion has been secure d of the stu dent to rec eiv e the classroom instructions and the business experiences in the actual office. The training period, covering the second semester of the school year 2011-2012 wi ll start on the date when the recommendati on let ter has been signed by the coordinator and approved by the employer or representatives.
