Our Mealstar® HCF (hot/cold/frozen) Truck and Van series are designed to give our customers everything they demand in their hot, cold and frozen food delivery vehicles. All Mealstar® HCF Series vehicles are constructed to maximize fuel efficiency while providing reliability and substantially lower overall maintenance costs.

Mealstar® CA 70 Catering VanThe Mealstar® CA 70 Catering Van Conversion includes one heavy duty stainless steel 70 cu. ft. rear access Cold compartment (down to 33°F) with

an adjustable and removable racking system. The rear compartment can have “Frozen” capabilities (down to -10°F)

if requested for an additional cost. The front “Ambient” space with side door access can be used to hold food warmers and non-temperature sensitive items. (perfect for catering.) This conversion can be installed into Ford, GM and Nissan cargo vans.

Mealstar® Cold/Frozen Cargo VansThe Mealstar® Cold/Frozen Van Conversion gives

you the option of 74 cu. ft. up to 270 cu. ft. usable space. Fully insulated and lighted fiberglass interior with an aluminum diamond plate floor and 8”

lip around all four sides. This conversion can be all Cold or have Frozen capabilities if requested for an additional cost. This conversion can be built into Ford Transit Connect Van or 1/2-ton, 3/4-ton, and 1-ton GM, Ford and Nissan Cargo Van Chassis.

Mealstar® Truck and Van SeriesAfter surveying countless program directors, nutritionists, and Board of Health experts, Mobile Advantage developed the Mealstar® Truck and Van Series with design features that give any size organization the ability to deliver hot, cold, or frozen foods in an easy, efficient, and safe manner.

All Mealstar® vehicles are constructed to maximize fuel efficiency while providing reliability and substantially lower overall maintenance costs. The Mealstar® is built to be durable with a minimum of 6 inch thick rigid foam insulation* and 4 inch insulated doors,* and overall 3/16 inch gel-coated.

We have engineered reliability, flexibility and ease of operation into every Mealstar® HCF series vehicle we manufacture. The engine heat recovery system maximizes programmed temperature ranges upwards of 190° Fahrenheit, with stainless steel interior walls designed for easy cleaning and sanitation.

Mealstar® 35/70 Catering/Delivery TruckThe Mealstar® 35/70 conversion includes a 35 cu. ft. and 70 cu. ft. fiberglass compartment with stainless steel interiors that come with an adjustable and/or removable racking system. These compartments have the flexibility of being Hot, Cold or Frozen per your request. This conversion can be mounted on either a Chevrolet 2500 or Ford F250 3/4 ton Chassis. Built-in safety features include a door-ajar alarm and luminous quick release interior door latches. **Available only on 35/70 truck series

The Mealstar® Hot/Cold TC series van includes a stainless steel “Hot” compartment (upwards of 190°F) with rear access as well as a cold front compartment (down to 33°F) with dual side door access. The front compartment can also be a freezer compartment (down to -10°F) if requested for an additional cost.
